Commissioning
Once ALL connecons have been made to the Rhino Panic Pack and
power is ready to be applied, you should read this secon before
connuing.
The Rhino Panic Pack leaves the factory programmed with default
setngs and when the system is powered up for the first me the
defaults eingsa re in use.
Connect the black baery lead to the negave ( ) terminal of
the standby baery and the red baery lead to the posive (+)
terminal of the standby baery. The 7 se gment display will
show PP followed byt he Firmware Version Number e.g. r4 00
Program the system as described in the next secon
(Programming the Panic Pack).
Use the diagnoscs page to check zones and outputs (see page
18).
Test the siren and strobe by pressing panic on a Remote
Controll earnt ont hes ystema nd triggeringa n alarm.
Replace the lid and secure with the lid screw supplied -
do not
over-ghten.
Installaon is now complete and the system is ready for use. Please
ensure the system users are provided with adequate training on
operangt he RhinoP anicP ack .
