II.7 TROUBLESHOOTING
Anomal
Probable cause
The unit does not run:
The automatic circuit breaker of the unit has been activated or deactivated.
Voltage is lacking.
A unit alarm has intervened (see I.2.4).
The set temperature value is lower (in the HEAT operating mode) or higher (in
the COOL or DRY operating mode) at room temperature.
The blocks provided by the TOO COOL and HOT START functions are active.
Remote control or remote security is active.
The unit produces inadequate cooling or heating:
Clogged air filter.
Difficulty of air circulation in the unit.
The working temperature value is not correctly set.
An inappropriate fan speed has been selected.
The appliance is not supplied with sufficiently hot or cold water, or there is no
water circulation in the pipes.
Doors or windows are open.
The solenoid valve, if present, does not work properly.
The appliance has not been correctly sized for the specific needs of the
system.
