II.7 TROUBLESHOOTING

Probable cause
The unit does not run:
 The automatic circuit breaker of the unit has been activated or deactivated.
 Voltage is lacking.
 A unit alarm has intervened (see I.2.4).
 The set temperature value is lower (in the HEAT operating mode) or higher (in
the COOL or DRY operating mode) at room temperature.
 The blocks provided by the TOO COOL and HOT START functions are active.
 Remote control or remote security is active.
The unit produces inadequate cooling or heating:
 Clogged air filter.
 Difficulty of air circulation in the unit.
 The working temperature value is not correctly set.
 An inappropriate fan speed has been selected.
 The appliance is not supplied with sufficiently hot or cold water, or there is no
water circulation in the pipes.
 Doors or windows are open.
 The solenoid valve, if present, does not work properly.
 The appliance has not been correctly sized for the specific needs of the
system.
