Network Problems
The following lists some common causes and solutions for network problems. If you
suspect printing problems are network related, contact your System Administrator.
1. Is the Ethernet cable broken or otherwise abnormal?
Change the Ethernet cable.
2. Is the host interface running normally?
Test printing using a different host.
3. Is there a printer problem?
Execute a print test to confirm the printer is operating properly.
4. Is the network cable connected to the printer?
5. Were both ends of the network cable connected prior to powering on the printer?
