Import/Export of Preference Settings
Users can output settings such as “System Settings”, “Application
Settings” and shortcut programs to an SD card or a local folder of a client
PC via Web Image Monitor, and they can apply these settings to other
machines that have a GW+ controller.
A Machine Administrator can export/import User Program (UP) settings,
shortcut programs and the image displayed on the home screen, and a
Customer Engineer can export/import Service Program (SP) settings.
Exported settings will be in CSV format.
The image displayed on the home screen will be exported in JPG format.
Exported settings can be encrypted. *Factory Default: “Encrypt”
Users or Customer Engineers can apply the same settings of an existing
GW+ machine to other GW+ machines quickly. Therefore, users can
reduce the amount of work when they install new machines.
SP settings can be imported/exported between the same models with the same
EDP code only.
Import/export cannot be suspended once it has begun.
A log of the Export/Import operation will be saved in CSV file format in the same
folder in which the preference settings are exported.
Importing/exporting address book information or shortcut programs which use
address book information is not supported by this function. Please use an
existing solution for copying address book information.
