SYMPTOM
"Please wait" is displayed or the display is blank.
CAUSE
LCDC firmware bug
The single-byte data of the program stored in the NAND Flash memory (mounted on the
controller board, used for the operation panel) is damaged, and the machine attempts to
correct the error. However, it judges this action to be abnormal data input, and shuts down
the operation panel.
SOLUTION
Install the following firmware version or newer.
