/Preparations for Printing
将光盘插入到计算机中。
如果要求您选择光盘的操作，请选择 [Setup.exe] 开
始安装。
•
要使用USB连接，请按机器的 [菜单] 键，然后转到
[主机接口]、[USB端口]，并确认设置为 [有效]。
选择要使用的语言。 当安装程序启动时，单击 [从磁盘安装]。 指定是通过网络连接计算机还是通过USB电缆连接
计算机。
开始安装。
Insert the CD-ROM into your computer.
If you are asked to select an operation for the CD-
ROM, select [Setup.exe] to start the installation.
• To use USB connection, press the machine’s [Menu]
key and go to [Host Interface], [USB Port] and to
conrmthesettingis[Active].
Select the language to use. When the installer starts up, click [Install from
Disk].
Specify whether to connect the computer via a
network or by a USB cable.
Installation starts.

如果您通过USB电缆连接计算机，请在屏幕上指示
您连接后再连接该电缆。
当出现 [安装打印机驱动程序] 画面时，请选择 [添加
新的打印机] 并继续进行安装。
当出现 [打印机初始化设置] 画面时，请根据需要指
定机器上安装的可选设备或纸盘的纸张设置。
按照屏幕上的指导继续进行安装。
当出现 [完成] 画面时，安装完成。
• If you connect the computer by a USB cable, do not
connect the cable until you are instructed to do so
on the screen.
When the [Install Printer Driver] screen appears,
select [Add a new printer] and proceed the in-
stallation.
When the [Printer Initial Settings] screen ap-
pears, specify the optional devices attached to
the machine or the paper settings for trays as
necessary.
Proceed the installation by following the guidance on
the screen.
Installation is complete when the [Complete] screen
appears.
