Printing cont’d
The One Click Presets tab displays pre-registered shortcuts. You can
create others by selecting your parameters in the Detailed Settings tab
first then clicking on the Unregistered icon that appears back in the
One Click Presets tab. When Register Current Settings appears on the
Left, name it and click OK. You can also Manage the Preset List. The
Detailed Setting tab offers more options.
Job Type -(default is
Normal – see other
options in slides to

Orientation – Portrait
or Landscape (rarely
needs adjustment)
Colour Mode – (default is black &
white) Choose colour from
dropdown to print in colour
***Note.. Only those who had
authorization to print in colour
with your previous system will be
able to choose colour.***
Input Tray – Default is Auto tray
select or select specified trays in
the list Choose the Bypass tray
for other special paper.
PaperType – Select the correct
media type for bypass printing
(ie: labels)
Copies – Move arrow up
toIndicate the number of copies
you desire
