At the device:
Either press the Stop button and follow
the prompts or press the Home button
on the left side of the control panel the
Printer on the display. Press Job
Reset.
Press Reset the Job then press
Yes to confirm
****Note: The print job does not stop
immediately. It is normal for a
certain quantity of pages to continue
to print before the job stops
