flap of the envelope open (custom size)?
Have you loaded the envelope with its flap
open on the trailing edge?
Have you set double feed detection to [Off]?
Is the length of paper (including the flap) less
than 297 mm (11.8 inches)?
Is the length of paper (excluding the flap) less
than 281 mm?
Finished!
Open the envelope's flap and load the
envelope with the flap on the trailing edge
relative to the paper feed direction.
In 0305
[Detect JAM099] in the [Adjustment
Settings for Operators], select the paper tray to
be used, and then set it to [Off].
Set 0307[Detect/Control JAM097/098] for
the paper tray in use to [Off].
Specify the envelope size with the flap open
as the custom paper size.
Is the length of the flap 16 mm (0.6 inches) or
greater?
