Perform this function when nozzle defects are not resolved after head cleaning and nozzle maintenance
are performed.
• As ink refreshing discharges ink in the ink supply route, it consumes a lot of ink. Make sure that
there is enough space in the waste ink bottle before performing ink refreshing.
1. Press the [Maintenance] key.

Press [ ].
3. Press [Special Maintenance].
4. Press [ ].
5. Press [Ink Refreshing].
6. Select a print head to be performed from [Head 1], [Head 2], or [Head 3] , and then
press [Execute].
You can select multiple print heads simultaneously. To perform all print heads, press [Clean All Print
Heads].
7. When a message appears, press [Execute].
Ink in the ink supply route is discharged. Wait until a completion message appears on the control
panel.
8. Press [Confirm].
