Open for inspection
The extraction unit is low in maintenance.
The bearings of all applied motors are lu-
bricated for life.
WARNING
Repairing the extraction unit is only permit-
ted by authorized and qualied personnel,
with sucient training/experience to per-
form maintenance and repair work.
Maintenance and repair work must be re-
gularly documented. Avoid electrostatic
charges when performing maintenance
or repair work. Use only original parts. No
changes may be made to the extraction
unit. This could have consequences for the
type approval!
NOTE
Before starting work, the machine must be
disconnected from the power supply.

Daily:
• Check the waste container level
• Visual inspection for visible defects
• Control compressed air via pressure
gauge (Only for DM-250/P)
Monthly*:
• Check the clean side of the lter for
dust deposits. If dust is found, report
this to the supplier, perhaps a lter
leak has occurred
• Checking the rubber seals of the drain
pan
*Executed by a skilled person
Continuous work:
Annually*:
• Checking the screw connections and
switches
• Volume ow test
• Visual inspection of the compressed
air tank (only for DM-250/P)
*Executed by a skilled person
