Technical description of the burner
3.6 Firing rates
Maximum output must be selected in the hatched area of the
diagram.
Minimum output must not be lower than the minimum limit
shown in the diagram:
The firing rate was obtained considering a room
temperature of 68 °F and an atmospheric pressure
of 394 “wc (approx. 0 ft above sea level), with the
combustion head adjusted.
The firing rates were obtained in special test boilers.
Fig. 4 indicates the diameter and length of the test combustion
chamber.
Example for RS 500/E LN
Output 18500 Mbtu/hr - diameter 39.4 inch - length 16.5 ft.
