If the buzzer sounds continuously and the Riello UPS displays codes A54, F50, F51, F52, F55, L50, L51, or L52, it means the load on the UPS is too high. Reduce the load to be within 100% of its capacity (or the user threshold if code A54 is shown). If a lock is displayed, remove the load and restart the UPS.

Why is my Riello SEP700 UPS running on battery despite mains voltage?
    • K
      Kevin PatelAug 26, 2025
If your Riello UPS is operating from the battery even when mains voltage is present, it could be due to two reasons: * The input voltage is outside the acceptable range. In this case, wait for the mains voltage to return to its normal range, and the UPS will automatically switch back to mains operation. * The input circuit breaker has tripped. If there is a circuit breaker, reset it by pressing the button on the back of the UPS. Ensure there is no output overload on the UPS.

Confirm that there is mains voltage at the socket by testing with another device. 4. Check and reset the input circuit breaker, if present, on the back of the UPS, while ensuring there's no output overload.

What to do if the Riello SEP700 UPS display is on but the load is not powered?

      Barbara SteeleAug 30, 2025
If the Riello UPS display is on but the load isn't powered, it could be due to a few reasons: * The UPS might be in standby mode. Press the ON button on the front panel to power the loads. * The standby OFF mode is selected. This mode only powers loads during a blackout, so you'll need to change the mode. * There might be no connection to the load. Check the connection to the load.
