Starting instructions
These are specic to the Manifold Pack and installation conguration:
MANIFOLD PACK WITH NO RETICULATION SYSTEM
•
Turn on power to each heater via the Socket Outlets
•
Open one or more outlets to generate water ow through the heaters. The outlet temperature should appear
in the maintenance monitor window on each heater. This is factory preset at 75°C but can be adjusted if
required, refer to relevant temperature settings for heaters. This indicates the units are operational.
•
Not all heaters may will re up as this is ow rate dependent. To verify all heaters are operational either open
more outlets or, if this is not practical, close the cold water valve underneath the currently operating heaters
to restrict the ow. Other heaters should then re up.

Clean all lters on completion

•
Turn on power to each heater via the Socket Outlets
•
Turn on the Ring Main pump to generate water ow through the heaters. The outlet temperature should
appear in the maintenance monitor window on each heater. This is factory preset at 75°C but can be adjusted
if required, refer to relevant temperature settings for heaters. This indicates the units are operational.
•
Not all heaters may re up as its ow rate dependent. To verify all heaters are operational either open some
outlets or, if this is not practical, close the cold water valve underneath the currently operating heaters to
restrict the ow. Other heaters should then re up.

Clean all lters on completion
