Why Rinnai SLIMFIRE 25 burner will not light?
    • X
      xdelgadoAug 2, 2025
If your Rinnai Indoor Fireplace burner won't light, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the power cord is properly plugged in and switched on. Next, verify that the gas supply is turned on. In case of a power outage, the unit should be re-ignited once power is restored. If there is air in the gas supply pipe, it needs to be purged by a qualified installer. Finally, ignition failure can occur; in this case, try repeating the lighting procedure as described on page 2 of the manual.
