SUBJECT: Master Disposal Jam
Brief:
Master disposal jam will be occurred if the master disposal box is set incorrectly.
To improve setting of the Master disposal box, relative parts have been changed.
Phenomenon:
Disposed master wrapped up on the Transport Roller lower.
Cause:
The Ribs of the Master disposal box do not fit with the Transport roller lower by following
causes.
1. Stay B is bended upward and prevents the box from sets in smoothly.
(See "Countermeasure 1" on the next page.)
2. Side rib on the master disposal box scrape against side flame of Master disposal flame.
(See "Countermeasure 2" on the next page.)
3. Incorrect setting of master disposal box.
(See "Countermeasure 3" on the next page.)

      If a paper jam has occurred in the ADF unit (option) of your Riso Disc Duplicator, remove the original jammed in the ADF unit. You can remove it in the document insertion direction by pressing the ADF Original Release Button and pulling out the original. Alternatively, you can open the Stage Cover and remove it in the document output direction by turning the ADF Original Release Dial while pulling out the original.
