      If the Riso Disc Duplicator displays a 'Consumables error' because the ink or master is expired, replace the expired component. Replace the ink cartridge with a new one if 'Ink 1' or 'Ink 2' is expired. Replace the master roll with a new one if the 'Master' is expired. If both ink and master are expired, replace both the ink cartridge and the master roll with new ones.

      If your Riso Disc Duplicator is showing an 'Installation check error', it means there's an issue with the installed components. Make sure that you set an appropriate print drum (cylinder) in place if there is a Wrong-Type Print Drum Installed in Drum Position 1 or 2. Check that the type and color of the ink cartridge are appropriate and set an appropriate ink cartridge in place if there is a Wrong-type Ink Cartridge Installed in Print Drum 1 or 2 or Cannot Read Ink Info. Check that the type of master roll is appropriate and set an appropriate master roll in place if there is a Wrong-type Master Installed or Cannot Read Master Info. If you see the message Reinstall Ink Cartridge in Print Drum 1 or 2, remove the ink cartridge and set it again.

      If the Riso Disc Duplicator displays a 'Paper jam error', open the ADF cover and remove any jammed originals. Check the paper feeding side and lower the paper feed tray, then remove any jammed papers. Pull out the print drum (cylinder) and remove any jammed papers. Check the paper receiving side and remove any jammed papers.

      If your Riso Disc Duplicator shows an 'Optional accessory error', and a USB hub is set in the USB slot or no other cause is mentioned, set a USB flash drive that is usable for this machine. If there is No IP Address Assigned to This Printer, set the IP address of this machine.
