Setting procedure
Example: When setting data bit configuration to “1: 8 data bits, no parity bit and 2 stop bits.”
1. Change the AE500 to communication setting mode, and then display the data bit configuration.
For details, see the 3.1 Transfer to Communication Setting Mode (P. 4) and 3.2
Communication Parameter Selection (P. 5).
2. Press the shift key to change the display from character to set value.
3. Press the UP key to enter 1 in the lowest digit. As a result, data bit configuration is set to “8 data
bits, no parity bit and 2 stop bits.”
4. Press the SET key to change to the next communication parameter “Interval time set value
(InT).”
As a result, the set data configuration is registered.
