Arbitration Provision
Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this limited warranty, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the
Arbitration Association. The determination of the arbitrator(s) shall be in writing and shall include an explanation of the basis for the determination.
The determination of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding and judgment upon such determination may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
