Deleting and formatting
After having recorded fi les to SD or USB media, you may later wish to
delete them in order to reclaim the space used. The Blutune 200 can be
used to delete individual fi les, or to delete all of the media fi les on the card.
Deleting a single fi le
The single fi le delete function is able to delete the fi le currently playing
(or playing but paused).
1. With the sound system in USB or SD mode, with the media inserted
and with the fi le to be deleted playing or paused, press and hold the
Menu button.
2. Press the Tuning Up or Down buttons until the display shows
"Delete / Format".
3. Press the Select button to enter the Delete / Format menu. The display
will show "Delete" as the default option.
4. In order to delete a single fi le (the fi le which is currently displayed),
press the Select button once more. The display will show "Cancel"
as the default option.
5. If you do not wish to delete the fi le, press the Select button with
"Cancel" displayed.
Alternatively, to delete the fi le press one of the Tuning Up or Down
buttons to display "OK" and then press the Select button.
The fi le will be deleted and the details of the next fi le will be displayed.
If there are no more fi les left on the media, then the display will show
"No fi le".
Note: Once a fi le has been deleted, it is not possible to recover the fi le.
