What to do if my Roberts R9914 fails to operate correctly?

If your Roberts Portable Radio isn't working properly, or the display shows missing or incomplete digits, try this: turn off the radio, take out the batteries, and use a tool like a paper clip to press the reset button on the radio's underside for at least 2 seconds. This will reset the radio's microprocessor, clock, and erase all saved preset stations.
