Connecting to your iPod
1. With your iPod switched off, carefully plug into the docking connector at
the base of your iPod. Note that the connector marker on the cable connector
should be facing upwards as shown below. Do not force the connector into
the socket. If it is correctly aligned it should easily latch into place. Take care
to keep the connector straight when connecting and disconnecting.
