OUTPUT
The maximum ouput
of
an engine
is
such
standard power
as
developed by the engine, after its initial break in period with
all
the m,oving parts properly worn in, when operating with
a
fully open throttle valve. Therefore, a new engine may not develop
the maximum output
in
the
beginning because the moving
parts
are not in
a
properly worn-in condition.
