• If the data did not transfer successfully, call the ACCU-CHEK Customer
Care Service Center.
• To make the most of the download feature, you must set the year, date,
and time in your meter.
When “PC” flashes on the display, you have 2 minutes to start transferring data before
the meter shuts off.
7. After the information has been transferred to your computer, “End” will
appear and you can turn off the meter by pressing .
The software program may turn off your meter automatically when the
transfer is complete.
