Schaumbetrieb mit externem Zumischer
- Monitor in Stellung bringen
- Schaumzumischer der Type Z-8, Z-12, Z-16 oder Z-24 können
direkt an den Storz-A-Anschluß angekuppelt werden
- Hohlstrahldüse (HSD 2000) auf den Zumischer abstimmen
+ Zumischer Z-8: HSD 2000 auf die Raste Z-8 stellen
+ Zumischer Z-12: HSD 2000 auf die Raste Z-12 stellen
+ Zumischer Z-16: HSD 2000 auf die Raste Z-16 stellen
+ Zumischer Z-24: HSD 2000 auf die Raste Z-24 stellen
- Schaumzumischer mit 1 1/2" Schaumsaugschlauch versehen und das
freie Ende des Schaumsaugschlauches in den externen Schaum-
mittelbehälter eintauchen.
- Schaumzumischer auf die gewünschte Zumischrate einstellen
- Zubringerleitung, vom Hydranten oder Pumpe am Anschlußstück
anschließen
+ Wenn nötig, Drucksammelstück verwenden und mit zwei (2) B-
Leitungen einspeisen
WICHTIG !
Zur Verbesserung der Schaumqualität ist es empfehlenswert, eine Schlauch-
länge (8m) zwischen Zumischer und Monitor anzukuppeln.

Foam Operation with External Foam Admixing Unit
- Place the monitor appropriately
- The external foam admixing unit Z-8, Z-12, Z-16 or Z-24 may
be connected direct to the monitor inlet coupling
- Adjust discharge nozzle (HSD 2000) to appropriate rate
+ To position Z-8 if this type is in use
+ To position Z-12 if this type is in use
+ To position Z-16 if this type is in use
+ To position Z-24 if this type is in use
- For foam drafting mode, connect 1 1/2" hose to foam admixing
unit and put the opposite end into external foam container
- Adjust external foam admixing unit to desired admixing rate
- Connect water supply line, either from hydrant or pump to monitor
+ Use collector piece with two (2) inlets, if necessary and
useful, just in front of external foam admixing unit
CAUTION !
We strongly recommend, to couple a hose (8m) between the
external foam admixing unit, and the monitor inlet, in order to get
proper foam discharge quality.
