E9004 7H Fault volume flow Flow sensor FLS
Water flow is too low or there is none at all. Minimum water flow
requ
ired:
– Operating mode "Heating": 600 l/h
– Operating mode "Cooling": 840 l/h
– Automatic defrosting function ( ) active: 1020 l/h
Check the following items:
Ɣ All stop valves of the water circuit must be completely open.
Ɣ Optional water filters must not be contaminated.
Ɣ He
ating system must run within its operating range.
Ɣ Heating system and device-internal circulation pump must be
completely bled.
Ɣ On t
he controller (rotary switch setting "Info" ) check
whether there is adequate water pressure (> 0.5 bar).
Ɣ Check the function of the 3-way switching valve 3UVB1
(compare actual setting of 3UVB1 with BPV position
[Overview] displayed in the parameter).
Ɣ If this fa
ult occurs during defrost operation in the operating
mode room heating or hot water supply? With optional backup
heater: check its power supply and fuses.
Ɣ Ch
eck the fuses in the control housing of the ROTEX HPSU
compact (pump fuse (FU1) on circuit board A1P and printed
circuit board fuse (F1) on the RoCon BM1 circuit board).

eck flow sensor FLS for contamination and function, if
necessary clean, replace.
