Connect pressure hose to equipment with V1 open and V2 closed for initial setup.
Open purge points, remove handle lock, pump until air is purged, then close vents and fill.
Continue pumping until the desired test pressure is achieved.
Close valve V1 once the test pressure has been reached.
If pressure exceeds limit, open valve V2 slightly to reduce pressure.
If no leaks, open both V1 and V2 valves to complete the test.
Keep the tank and pump system clean; clean filter if clogged.
Periodically grease the piston with water repellent grease carefully.
