Connect the pressure hose to the equipment with valve V1 open and V2 closed for testing.
Open purge points, pump liquid to remove air, close vents, and pump to fill.
Continue pumping until the required test pressure is achieved.
Close valve V1 after reaching the desired pressure.
Slightly open valve V2 to lower pressure if exceeded, then close all valves.
If no leaks, open both V1 and V2 after pressure stabilization.
Keep the tank and pump clean, and clean the suction pipe filter if clogged.
Periodically grease the piston with water repellent grease carefully.
