  If your Royal Sovereign Laminator's rollers aren't turning after pressing the 'RUN' button, there are several possible causes: 1. The safety cover might not be closed. Ensure that the safety cover is closed to activate the safety switch. 2. The paper guide might not be installed correctly. Properly install the paper guide so that the micro switch is activated. 3. The motor fuse might be blown. Replace the motor fuse.
