Summary

Roof Rack Installation Steps

Attach Rear Section to Side Rails

Attach the rear section of the rack to the side rails using the Corner Braces with smaller bolts.

Install Center Braces

Slide the 3 center braces into place and attach with longer bolts, leaving hardware snug.

Attach Front Panel

Attach the front panel to the rack using Corner Braces and short bolts, leaving hardware snug.

Position Rack on Jeep Roof

With assistance, carefully lift and place the rack onto the Jeep roof, using caution.

Adjust and Center Rack Brackets

Slide brackets in the channel to center and square the rack on the Jeep.

Install Outer Clamp

Attach the outer clamp to the roof bracket using a longer button head bolt and washer.

Final Tightening and Checks

Fully tighten all roof bracket hardware and periodically check bolts for tightness.
