ASSEMBLY
■ Blade alignment with the riving knife can be adjusted for
different blade widths. Refer to Settings and Adjustments
in the
Operations
Section. Before continuing, read To
Check, Replace or Adjust the Riving Knife and Blade
Guard Assembly
on page 25 to make sure of proper
riving knife alignment.
■ Check the blade guard assembly for clearances and free
movement. Reinstall the throat plate into the opening,
lower the blade and secure the attachment screw. Tighten
the screw securely.
