Diagnostic procedure
1 · Check the valve and the leads connected to it
- Unplug connector H6-,5 (located behind the
right-hand direction indicator).
- Take a resistance reading in the male connector
across pins 5 and 6.
Nominal resistance is 26
± 3 ohms.
Is the resistance reading OK?
I YES I Continue with point 2.
I NO I Repair or replace the lead or, if necessary,
change the valve. Then continue with point 4.
