Place
cover plate in position and
insert ret ainer.
With the a id of the cord, tension
the pulley 1 ... 2 turns so that the
s tarter gr ip is pul l ed back unt il
it encoun ters the stop .
Let cord run back.
Fit the h ousing in position and
s cr ew ti gh t.
The
recoil starter is availab le for clockwise or anti-clockwi se start ing direction .
It can be subsequently converted for the other s tartin g direction, if the dri v ing levers
are
exchanged f or the required directio n of r otation .
The
illu strat i on below shows both s ta r ting directions.
