TAKING
DOWN
THE
ENGINE
Remove
all
connections
from
engin
e
to
fram
e
or
unit
(cables,
electric
conn
e
ct
ions etc.
).
Unscr
ew
exha
ust
muffler,
i. e.
manifold
and
bracket.
Remove
the
eng
i
ne
and
clean
thoroughly
before
taking
down.
When
giving
the
e
ngine
a
genera
l
overhaul
,
compon
e
nt
s s
hould
be r
emoved
in the
sequence
indicated
.

ve
it
only
if
necessary.
