The dynamo magneTo generares alTernaTing curre nt with a lighti ng po wer of 40 Watt
at 12 Volt .
The
two yellow lighting leads are to be connected up to the rectifier for charging a
12
Volt 38 (or 32) Ah battery for l ighting and for operating the electric starter (see
wiring diagram).
The bu lbs should be so selected that they give a total l oad of 40 Watt.
Care should be taken to ensure proper wire cross sections for starter operation and
a good earth co nn ection beiween battery, chassis and lamps .
