INSTRUCTIONS AND WIRING DIAGRAM
FOR
DYNAMO MAGNETO 12 V 75 W AND BOSCH
SOLENOID-CONTROLLED STARTER
(Type DD)
The dynamo magneto generates alternating current with a li ghting power of 75 Watt
at 12 Volt.
The
two yellow lighting leads are to be connected up to the rectifier for charg ing a
12 Volt 38 (or 32) Ah
battery for lighting and for operat ing the electric starter ( see
wiring diagram) .
During
day operation, because of overcharging the ba tt ery, only one ci rcuit is
connected up, during night operation both circuits are conn ected up.
Th e bulbs s hould be so se lected that they give a total load of 50 Watt.
Car e s hould be taken to ensure proper wire cro ss sections f or start er operation and
a g ood e arth conn ection between battery, chassis and lamps.
