INSTRUCTIONS AND WIRING DIAGRAM
FOR DYNAMO MAGNETO 12 V 75 W AND BOSCH
INERTIA PINION TYPE STARTER (Type DG)
The dynamo magneto gen erates alternating current w ith a li ghting po w er of 75 Watt
at 12 Volt .
The
two ye llow lighting le ads are to be conn ected up to the rect i fie r for charging a
12
Volt 38 (or 32) Ah batt e ry for lighting and for operating the electric st arter ( se e
wiring diag ram).
During day operation , because of ov ercharging the battery, only one circuit is
connected up, during night ope r ation both circuits are connected up .
The
bulbs should be so selected that they gi ve a total l oad of 50 Watt.
Care should be taken to ensure proper wire cross sections for starter operation and
a good ea rth co nn ecti on betw een battery, chassis and lamps .
