Dtsconnect

the

power

cord

Remove al1

but

the two

bottom screws around

the vent

holes

on the

back

panelo

Disconnect all

cables connected to the

computer board.

Remove

the

fasteners

retainlng the

clrcult

board to the

chassls.

Gently

bend the

back

panel

outward

so that the

circult board

may

be

moved

back

sufflclently that

the

LED

on

the

front

w111

clear

the

front

panel

and

the front

of the board tllted

up,

After the

front

of

the board

clears the top

of the

front

panel

the

board

may

be

slid forward

to

remove

the

connectors

from

the

back

panel.

The

board

may

then

be

removed from

the

chassis.

The board whether

ln

or out

of

the

chassls

must only

be

handled

Remove

the

screws

which attach

the

disk drive

shteld to the

chassis,

be sure not

to

forget

the

ones

on

the

sides

and

bottom

of

the chassls.

Remove the

dtsk

drlve shield.

Dlsconnect

the

cables

from

the

drive(s)

to be removed.

Remove

suspension

through

the

clearance

holes in

the

chassis.

Carefully

s1lde the

drive

out through the front

of

Install the new

in

the

reverse

order.
