Set up
Step 1: Activation
If you receive your SIM card via courier, call 1800 555 050 to activate your service.
Our lines are open:
Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday: 9am to 5.30pm
Wednesday: 10am to 5.30pm
Step 2: Insert the SIM card

Caution: When inserting or removing the SIM card, you must disconnect the power
adaptor from the device.
Insert the Optus SIM card into the SIM card slot with the golden contact of the SIM card
facing downwards.
