A Installation by the customer.
B Supplied by Salva Industrial, S.A.
1.- Electrical plug.
2.- Omnipolar cut-out magnetothermic switch.
Three phases plus grounding are required for connection to
230 V, and three phases plus neutral phase and ground are
required for connection to 400 V.
IMPORTANT: Given that this type of oven is enlargeable,
when you carry out the electrical connection it is recom-
mendable that you use a larger diameter of cable and use
components of greater amperage. This way you will be
already electrically prepared when you decide to enlarge
your oven by incorporating another deck or decks.
Before carrying out any maintenance or repair operation
in the electrical part of oven, disconnect the main mag-
netothermic switches of the facility. Whenever possible,
work without voltage and with the machine disconnec-
ted.
Electrical connection must be carried out by authorized pro-
fessionals, in accordance to present regulations in the country
where the oven is to be installed.
Electrical cabling (not supplied with the oven) should be used
for the oven’s electrical installation. The connection cable is
introduced through the rear of the oven.
The customer must include a magnetothermic switch suitable
for the total intensity of the electrical installation in the premi-
ses, providing the omnipolar cut-off of the power cables.
The customer must fit a plug to the oven’s power cable in or-
der to disconnect the oven.
A switchboard fitted with protection elements and cut-out
must be installed between the mains and the ovens.
