230 V and 400 V. Using the information contained in the tables it is possible to cal-
culate cable sections in line with the EN 60204-1 regulation.

The supply cable sections required by the EN 60204-1 regulation are calculated
using the total electricity consumption of the installed oven
For example, the total consumption of an “E” oven formed by 2 decks of 20 cm
height + 1 deck of 30 cm height with steam generator + 1 “Pizza” deck + 1 Proo-
fer, connected at 400 V.
