1. 스패너 등을 이용해 유압 니플을 REDUCING NIPPLE에 체결합
니다. 이때 REDUCING NIPPLE 이 회전하지 않도록 스패너 등
을 이용해 고정시킵니다.

Mount the hydraulic nipple with the reducing nipple
using a spanner , etc. Using a spanner , fix the
reducing nipple so that it does not rotate.

2. 체결된 유압 니플이 원하는 방향이 아닐 경우, 더 이상 회전 불가시 REDUCING NIPPLE을 더 세게 조이는게 아닌 시계 반대방향으로 풀
어 원하는 위치로 설정합니다.
2. If the hydraulic nipple is not mounted in the intended direction and it no longer rotates, loosen the reducing
nipple in the counterclockwise direction and correct the direction.

* REDUCING NIPPLE에 O-RING이 있어 초기 체결된 상태에서 시계 반대방향으로
최대 한 바퀴까지 돌려도 누유 발생을 방지합니다.
* As the reducing nipple is equipped with an O-ring, oil is not leaked
even if it is turned one round in the counterclockwise direction
from the initial mounting.

REDUCING NIPPLE은 반드시 스패너(①) 등을 이용하여 회전하지 않도록 고정해야 하며, REDUCING NIPPLE이 회전하여
더 조여졌을 시에 실린더가 변형으로 인한 소착의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.
The reducing nipple should be fixed tightly using a spanner (

). If not, the reducing nipple may
rotate and get fastened, resulting in seizure due to deformation of the cylinder.
실내온도 10℃ 이하에서는 실린더 최고 RPM의 1/4 회전수에서 15분정도 시운전 후 작동하여 주시기 바랍니다.
If the room temperature is 10°C or lower, operate the equipment at 1/4 of the maximum cylinder rpm for about 15 minutes.
