Actuates slowly
유압 유니트의 토출량이 부족하다.
Insufficient drainage
토출량이 충분한 유압유니트를 사용한다.
Use a hydraulic unit with enough drain-
age.
배관용 호스가 너무 가늘거나 구부러져 있다.
Hose is too thin or bent.
적정한 호스로 교환한다.
Replace with the proper hose.
누유가 됨
Leakage
배관이 이완되어 있다.
Slack in the hose routing.
배관의 연결부를 점검하고 보수한다.
Check hoses so that there is no slack.
유온이 상승함
Oil temperature is too high
슬리브 바디 부분의 통풍이 안되거나 방열이
불충분하다.
Sleeve body poorly ventilated and heat
radiation insufficient.
선반 커버의 일부분을 떼어내거나 통풍 구멍을
만든다.
Remove part of lathe cover to provide
ventilation or drill ventilation holes.
