6 Settings
6.7 Safety Screen
This product uses a Safety Screen function to prevent afterimage burn-in on the screen when a
stationary image is displayed for an extended period of time. The Safety Screen function allows you to
configure various settings to protect the screen.
6.7.1 Pixel Shift
Prevent afterimage burn-in by moving pixels slightly at specified intervals.
Setting Pixel Shift
This product can only be controlled by using the remote control.
1 Press MENU on the remote control.
2 Press / to move to Setup and press [ ].
3 Press / to move to Safety Screen and press [ ].
4 Press / to move to Pixel Shift and press [ ].
z Pixel Shift
Activate or deactivate Pixel Shift.
Press / to select the option you want and press [ ].
z Horizontal
Specify how many pixels you want to move horizontally. (Range: 0~4)
Press / to select a number, and press [ ].
A higher value will minimize the chance of afterimage burn-in but slight flickering may occur.
