Storing Channels

Before your television can begin memorizing the available channels, you must specify
the type of signal source that is connected to the TV (i.e. an Air or a Cable system).
Press the T TOOLS button to display Tools menu.
You can also switch the air / cable by selecting ToolsSwitch to Cable (or Air)
Auto Program

Air : Air antenna signal.
Cable : Cable antenna signal.
Auto : Air and Cable antenna signals
When selecting the Cable TV system: Selects the cable system.
N STD, HRC and IRC identify various types of cable TV systems.
Contact your local cable company to identify the type of cable system that exists in your particular area. At this point the signal
source has been selected.
After all the available channels are stored, it starts to remove scrambled channels.

The Auto program menu then reappears.
If you want to stop Auto Programming, press the
N ENTERE button.
The Stop Auto Program? message will be displayed. Select YesENTERE
button.
Clearing Scrambled Channel (Digital channels only)

The Clear Scrambled ChannelAuto Program is completed.
This process may take up to 20~30 minutes.
To stop searching scrambled channels: Press the
N ENTERE button to select Stop.
Yes, then press the ENTERE button.
This function is only available in
N Cable mode.
Fine Tune (Analog channels only)

automatically during the search and store operation. If the signal is weak or distorted,
Fine tuned channels that have been saved are marked with an asterisk * on the

right-hand side of the channel number in the channel banner.

N Reset, then press the ENTERE button.
