Warranty Registration
To register your heat pump warranty, please visit our website;

Warranty will start from the date the unit is commissioned.
All registrations made more than 30 days after this period may be subject to a late registration fee.
This warranty covers only the Samsung components of the installation and covers parts and a set labour allowance. The warranty is held with Solfex and the
heat pump and not the installer or homeowner.
If the installer wishes to do so, they can offer a warranty to you/end user that covers the whole system.
The standard warranty terms for the Samsung heat pump is 3 years, if the installer is a Samsung certified installer then the warranty terms are 7 years.
Once we receive the completed warranty form via our website it will be processed and you will receive confirmation if the warranty.
