      If the screen is blocked because the HDMI output is set to a resolution your TV doesn't support (like 1080p), press the button on the top panel for more than 5 seconds when there's no disc inside and you are on the home screen. This will revert all settings to the factory defaults. Note that this will delete all stored user BD data.
