4) Menu - Graphic
• Resolution This menu can select the default resolution. If the resolution is high, the clarity of the
printouts is shaper, but the print time may take longer. ( Draft, Normal, Best )

3) Menu - Paper
• Copies This menu allows select the maximum amount of copies.
• Paper Size This menu allows select the default paper size.
• Paper Type This menu allows select the default paper type for the print media.
• Paper Source This menu allows the tray to process the print job. If you select Auto , your
machine supplies the paper from the multi-purpose tray first, than the tray1 and
tray2 for the last. So if any tray is empty, then the machine try to search th paper
from the next available tray.
• Tray Chaining When paper source is selected any other value except Auto and the selected tray
is empty, the machine to automatically print from other trays.
But this menu item is set to Off , the machine does not work until people insert
paper into the specified tray.
