1) Vertical Black Line and Band

Description: 1. Straight thin black vertical lines are shown in the print-out.

2. Dark black vertical bands are shown in the print-out.

3. Damaged paper

transfer Belt(PTB) or Contaminated

on PTB.

4. Contaminated on

paper charge roller.

Replace the toner Cartridge

and test again.

Replace the toner Cartridge

and test again.

Replace the PTB unit and test again.

Replace the PTB unit or Cleaning the

paper charge roller.
