Check the subscription of WORLD WING.

• Are you out of the service area of the international
roaming service or in weak radio wave area?
Check if it is available service area or overseas
network operator with NTT DOCOMO website.
• Try to change the network settings or settings
for overseas communication operator.
Set "Network mode" to "5G/4G/3G/GSM (auto

Set "Select automatically" of "Network operators"
to ON.
